Terms and Conditions — pk98 Platform Rules for Pakistani Members

§1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pk98 platform — whether through the website at pk98.biz, a mobile browser, or any other interface we provide — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pk98 services.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "Member", "you", or "your") and pk98 (referred to as "pk98", "we", "us", or "the platform"). Use of any pk98 service — including the live casino, sports betting section, poker room, slots, Teen Patti, virtual sports, or any promotional offer — constitutes acceptance of these terms.

§2Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any pk98 service. By creating a pk98 account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide during registration accurately reflects your real age and identity. pk98 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately and any funds forfeited.

The pk98 platform is intended for personal entertainment use by individual adults. You may only open one account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts identified by our system will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

• Minimum age: 18 years. Zero exceptions.
• One account per person: Multiple accounts operated by the same individual are prohibited.
• Accurate identity: Registration details must match your real identity. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that using pk98 is permitted under the laws applicable to your location.

§3Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and betting on pk98, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid mobile number, a working email address, and a password. All information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. If your contact information changes, you are responsible for updating it within the pk98 account settings.

pk98 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team:

• A copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• Proof of your payment method (screenshot of Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account matching your registered details)
• A selfie holding your identity document, if requested

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until the verification is complete. pk98 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not verified their identity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk98 account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact pk98 support immediately. pk98 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

§4Deposits & Payment Methods

pk98 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani members: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits are credited to your pk98 wallet in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the identity information on your pk98 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — meaning accounts belonging to someone other than the registered pk98 member — are not permitted. Any third-party deposit detected will result in the funds being returned to the source and may trigger an account review.

Deposit Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically instant. May take up to 5 minutes during peak periods.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically instant to 10 minutes.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on your bank's interbank processing speed.
• Visa/Mastercard: Typically instant to 30 minutes.

pk98 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

§5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

pk98 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The general rules below apply to all pk98 bonuses unless stated otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise by the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).
• pk98 reserves the right to determine which games count toward wagering requirements and at what contribution rate. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated from bonus play are withdrawable, once wagering requirements have been met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are complete, pk98 reserves the right to deduct any remaining bonus amount and associated winnings from the withdrawal.
• Attempts to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim the same offer more than once, or coordinating with other members — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

§6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pk98 are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market. By placing a bet on pk98, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules governing that market. The following general rules apply across all pk98 sportsbook activity.

General Betting Rules

• All odds are displayed and settled in PKR. Bets are final once confirmed through the pk98 interface. Accidental bets cannot be voided after confirmation.
• pk98 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, technical fault, or where the bet was placed after the outcome was already known.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. pk98 accepts no responsibility for failed in-play bets resulting from your internet connection issues.
• Minimum bet amount: Rs 100. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• pk98 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any member at any time, particularly if irregular betting patterns are detected.
• Match postponed by more than 48 hours: bets are void and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and explicitly covered under active pk98 markets.
• For cricket specifically: if a match is abandoned due to weather with fewer than the minimum required overs completed, bets are void unless pre-specified in the market rules.

pk98 takes match integrity seriously. Any member found to have placed bets with knowledge of manipulated or fixed match outcomes, or found to be involved in match-fixing activity, will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

§7Casino, Poker & Card Games

All casino games available on pk98 — including live roulette, live baccarat, live blackjack, slots, Teen Patti, poker, and virtual sports — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer streams. Game outcomes are determined by the underlying software or the live dealer dealing in real time, and pk98 does not intervene in or alter game outcomes.

• All casino game results are final once the hand, spin, or round is complete. No reversals are made for player error.
• In the event of a game disconnection, pk98's system will record the state of your hand or bet at the time of disconnection and settle it according to the rules of that game. If the system cannot determine the outcome, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
• Poker games at pk98 are played against other real players. pk98 charges a rake — a small percentage of each pot — as stated in the poker lobby. The rake schedule is available from pk98 support.
• Collusion, chip dumping, and any form of cheating at pk98 poker or Teen Patti tables will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available from pk98 support on request.

§8Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available pk98 wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If that is not possible, pk98 support will arrange an alternative.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Your KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed. See Section 3.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balances and winnings derived from completed bonus wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. pk98 processes withdrawal requests during operating hours; requests submitted outside of these may be queued.
• pk98 charges no fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• pk98 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If you do not have access to your registered payment method, contact pk98 support to update your details before requesting a withdrawal.

§9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk98. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances at pk98's discretion.

• Registering more than one pk98 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or exploiting promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or play games on pk98.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events with prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Colluding with other players at pk98 poker or Teen Patti tables.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means. pk98 cooperates with law enforcement and will report suspected money laundering to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access another member's account, whether through social engineering, credential theft, or any technical means.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP masking tool to bypass geographic restrictions or to claim bonuses more than once.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct directed at pk98 staff or other members through any pk98 communication channel.

§10Account Suspension & Closure

pk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at the member's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals during the suspension period. pk98 will complete its investigation as promptly as possible and communicate the outcome to you.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding compliance checks, unless the funds are themselves subject to an active fraud or AML investigation.

You may request the closure of your own pk98 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days.

§11Responsible Gaming

pk98 is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that for most members, gaming is a form of entertainment — but we also know that for some people, it can become a problem. That is why pk98 provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their activity on the platform.

Tools Available to pk98 Members

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a time limit for each gaming session. pk98 will notify you when your limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from pk98 for a period of your choosing — 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from pk98.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during extended sessions reminding you of how long you have been playing and your net session result.

§12Privacy & Data Protection

pk98 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering on pk98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate your pk98 account, process payments, comply with our legal obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. pk98 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your account password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash and is not accessible to pk98 staff in plain text.

§13Intellectual Property

All content on the pk98 platform — including but not limited to the pk98 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pk98 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk98 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any pk98 content without our prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract content from the pk98 platform is strictly prohibited.

§14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk98 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or service interruptions.

pk98 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect platform access. pk98 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate significant outages where possible.

pk98's total liability to any individual member, in any circumstances, is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§15Changes to These Terms

pk98 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a notice on the pk98 website. The updated terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of pk98 after the effective date of an updated version of these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using pk98 and request account closure via our support team.

We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly if you are a frequent pk98 user. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.
